Positive: It was very comfortable. The location was good, nothing in San Luis Obispo is far away. The kitchen was clean and had all we needed to fix breakfast or whatever else we wanted. We would choose it again.

Extra pet fee and bad communication
Positive: Very clean. Bed was very comfertable. Easy check-in.
Negative: Extra $55 pet fee that was not disclosed prior to checking in.
Neighborhood is not very good. There's a homeless shelter nearby.
We confirmed an 11am checkout several times but the cleaning lady arrived at 10:15 and we felt rushed.
Communication with host was infrequent and poor.

Stunning home in a great location
Positive: The property was very clean and a great size. It made my stay very comfortable it’s the only place i will be booking when i return to San Luis Obispo
